11SIX24's Power 2 is the brand's new Gen 4 power paddle, and we carry it in all three classic 11SIX24 shapes: the Pegasus widebody, the Vapor hybrid and the Hurache-X elongated. All three share the same new build inside, a full foam floating core and a HexGrit face built to hold its spin. Here's what's new, how the shapes compare, and how to pick yours.
The short answer
- Want forgiveness and stability? The Pegasus widebody: the biggest sweet spot in the lineup.
- Want a bit of everything? The Vapor hybrid: balanced, quick in hand battles, and still able to attack.
- Want reach and the most leverage? The Hurache-X elongated, with a 6" handle.
- Heads-up for tournament players: the Power 2 is UPA-A certified. Check the USA Pickleball list before a USAP-sanctioned event.
What every Power 2 shares
Pick any Power 2 and you get the same construction, so the choice comes down to shape.
- Gen 4 floating core. A full foam core that 11SIX24 says rewards your intent: pop when you load up on drives and thirds, a softer, more predictable feel when you slow it down at the kitchen. All-foam construction puts the Power 2 in the Gen 4 family.
- HexGrit face. 11SIX24's patent-pending carbon surface, made with silicon carbide built into the face rather than sprayed on. The brand says it held 98% of its grit in testing, and the goal is spin that lasts the life of the paddle, not just the first few weeks.
- Controllable power. 11SIX24 says it didn't try to build the most powerful paddle on the market, but the most usable one. Reviewers describe the Power 2 as livelier and stiffer than the original Power series.
- Same core thickness and weight. All three are 16MM and weigh 8.0 to 8.3 oz, with a 4 1/8" grip, a 12-month warranty and a cover in the box.
- UPA-A certified. Legal for UPA-A sanctioned play. Here's how USAP and UPA-A certification differ, and why it matters for tournaments.
The three shapes at a glance
With the core and face the same across the range, shape decides how each one plays. The Vapor is the only shape 11SIX24 publishes full swing and twist weights for: 108 to 112 swing weight and 6.6 to 6.8 twist weight.
| Paddle | Shape | Size | Handle |
|---|---|---|---|
| Pegasus | Widebody | 15.8" × 8.12" | 5.75" |
| Vapor | Hybrid | 16.25" × 7.75" | 5.75" |
| Hurache-X | Elongated | 16.5" × 7.5" | 6" |
11SIX24's published specs. All three are 16MM, weigh 8.0 to 8.3 oz and have a 4 1/8" grip.
Widebody
Pegasus Power 2: the most forgiving
At 15.8" × 8.12", the Pegasus has the widest face and the biggest sweet spot in the lineup. The extra width keeps it stable on off-center hits, so blocks and resets stay soft and controlled when the ball is coming at you fast, and there's still enough pop to finish a point.
Hybrid
Vapor Power 2: the all-rounder
The Vapor sits in the middle at 16.25" × 7.75": more reach than the Pegasus, more forgiveness than the Hurache-X. It's quick in hand battles but still lets you attack, which is why reviewers call it the most balanced of the three. It's also the shape pro Dekel Bar debuted at the PPA Masters in January 2026, after signing with 11SIX24.
Elongated
Hurache-X Power 2: the most reach
The full 16.5" × 7.5" elongated shape on a 6" handle, the longest in the range. The extra length adds leverage on drives, thirds and overheads, and the handle leaves room for two-handed backhands. It rewards full swings more than quick flicks.
Which Power 2 is yours?
- 1You live at the kitchen line. Take the Pegasus. The widest face and the most stable paddle in the range.
- 2You block and counter more than you drive. Take the Pegasus. Forgiveness matters more than reach when the ball is coming at you.
- 3You do a bit of everything. Take the Vapor. Some extra reach, quick hands, and power when you want it.
- 4You want quick hands without giving up reach. Take the Vapor. Quick in hand battles, with more reach than the Pegasus.
- 5You drive and attack from the baseline. Take the Hurache-X. The most reach and leverage in the lineup.
- 6You hit a two-handed backhand. Take the Hurache-X. Its 6" handle is the longest of the three.

What's the difference between the Pegasus, Vapor and Hurache-X Power 2?
Only the shape. All three share the Gen 4 floating core, HexGrit face, 16MM thickness and weight. The Pegasus is the widebody and the most forgiving, the Vapor is the hybrid all-rounder, and the Hurache-X is the elongated shape with the most reach and a 6" handle.
What is HexGrit?
11SIX24's patent-pending surface technology. Silicon carbide is built into the face instead of being sprayed on, so the grit, and the spin, are designed to last much longer. 11SIX24 says it held 98% of its grit in testing.
Is the 11SIX24 Power 2 a Gen 4 paddle?
Yes. It has a full foam floating core, which puts it in the Gen 4 family. Reviewers find it stiffer and livelier than the original Power series.
Is the Power 2 approved for tournaments?
11SIX24 lists the Power 2 as UPA-A certified. If you play USA Pickleball-sanctioned events, check the current USAP approved list before you buy.
